The STAI App is an AI-powered productivity tool that features voice-first task entry, smart scheduling, anti-procrastination nudges, gamified rewards with automatic wallet integration, and leaderboards.

We may update these Terms over time. If updates are significant, we’ll notify you by email or app notification. Continuing to use STAI app afterward means you accept the updated Terms.

We use your information to:

• Site visitors: Anyone browsing the website
• Freemium Users: Individuals using the free tier with limited features.
• Premium & Pro Users: Individuals who subscribe to paid tiers, including Premium student, Premium Creator, Premium Parent or Pro

These Terms apply to all users. For paid plans, additional billing guidelines apply (see Section 8).

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if required by your jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to use STAI.

To use STAI, you'll register an account using an email or social login. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

Notify us at info@staiapp.com immediately if your account is accessed without your permission.

STAI grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal tasks and productivity management. You may not resell, modify, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service.

Upon signup, STAI automatically creates a secure wallet for storing earned points (5 points per task completed). These points are virtual rewards:

• Redeemable for in-app recognition and leaderboard rankings.
• May be converted to tokens or other utilities in the future, subject to legal compliance.
• Not intended for speculative trading or financial transactions.

You agree not to misuse this reward system, generate fake completions, or engage in fraudulent activity.

You agree not to use STAI to:

• Violate any laws
• Reverse-engineer, hack, abuse, or disrupt the Service.
• Upload harmful or illegal content, or impersonate others.
• Exploit points system or user data.
• Use voice or AI features for fraudulent or disallowed behavior.

We reserve the right to suspend or ban users violating these rules.

STAI offers a free tier and these paid subscription plans:

• Premium STAI Student
• Premium STAI Creator
• Premium STAI Parent
• STAI Pro

By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing and agree to pay fees and taxes. Plans are billed monthly or annually and auto-renew until canceled. Cancellations must be made before renewal to avoid future charges. Refunds are not provided.

You retain ownership of tasks, entries, and other content you add (“User Content”). By using STAI, you grant us a limited, royalty-free license to process, analyze, store, and display your content for Service delivery and improvement.

If you submit feedback or ideas, STAI may use them without compensation.

Your privacy is important to us. Our full data practices are described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here. We do not sell your info, and your data is protected with high security standards (TLS/AES and Auth0)

You may delete your account anytime via Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations, abuse, or legal reasons. After termination, you lose access to your content, points, and features.

All STAI technology, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive no ownership rights to these. You may not distribute, copy, or create derivative works without permission.

STAI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. We are not responsible for lost tasks, user procrastination, or misperformance of features.

You agree to defend and indemnify STAI (and its affiliates) from claims arising from your use of STAI, violation of these Terms, or infringement by your User Content.

STAI may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Google Calendar). By using these features, you agree to their terms and consent to data sharing. We aren't responsible for those third parties. 16.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Your Jurisdiction, without reference to conflicts of law.

If you have a dispute, please contact info@staiapp.com Except for intellectual property or small claims, you agree to negotiate in good faith before taking legal action.

• Changes: We may modify these Terms with prior notice. Continued use binds you to updates.
• Severability: If part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
• Entire Agreement: This is the full agreement regarding STAI, superseding prior terms.
